Vancept Design was created in the spring of 2021 by Luke and Annie Howls and has grown to be the go-to custom campervan design service. Originally offering 3D conceptual design and imagery and now offering complete construction drawings, complex cabinet modelling and CNC cutting drawing information.

Luke’s background consists of over 15 years professional design experience ranging from Interior, Landscape and Facade design within the construction industry. Luke draws on his passion for clear and beautifully presented design and coupled with his vast knowledge of leading campervan components on the market has the ability to fully understand a build spec list. In summer 2020, Luke and Annie built their own 170” Mercedes-Benz Sprinter and completed everything from cutting and installing windows and roof vents to carpentry and even the electrical installation. This first hand experience has allowed them to understand the limitations of a conversion.

Annie’s background lies in interior design where she draws on her colourful childhood having grown up living in Mexico. Annie brings creative input to Vancept Design and provides key assistance to allow considered interior design and material selection. Luke & Annie currently travel around the globe in their Sprinter named ‘Chula’ with their two young boys Hugo & Sacha. When they’re not driving through beautiful landscapes, they can normally be found at the beach paddle boarding, kayaking or snorkelling
